弗兰克辛纳屈﹙Frank Sinatra﹚，这位集歌手、演员、电台、电视节目主持人、唱片公司老板等多重身份的全能娱乐家，受到全球乐迷拥戴及喜爱。当然他最令人称羡的成就还是在他的歌唱事业上。他维持着半个世纪的唱片销售长红，甚至一直到他1998年5月14日辞世后，他所灌录的唱片仍旧是市场上
的畅销热卖品。

外号「瘦皮猴」的法兰克．辛纳区出生于1915年12月12日，1939年起先后加入Harry James、Tommy Dorsey乐团担任主唱，1942年以个人名义单飞开始了超过半世纪之久的演艺生涯。

        辛纳区先后与多组大乐队合作，创造了成串的畅销单曲、专辑，得奖记录亦不胜枚举，葛莱美流行男歌手或传统流行演唱奖多非他莫属，1959、1965、66三次拿下年度专辑，1966年的"Strangers In The Night"同时是年度最佳单曲；五十岁那年已经获得了葛莱美终生成就奖的殊荣。
